MindBodyZen was founded by Poonam Pandey, a certified yoga, fitness, diet and corporate wellness consultant based in Hyderabad. Her work combines yoga, fitness, Pilates, calisthenics, meditation, diet support and motivational wellness guidance.

Founded with 15 years of experience in yoga, fitness and wellness coaching, helping individuals and organisations build stronger bodies, calmer minds, better posture and healthier daily routines.
